Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Hexagon Care Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at West Stonegate House, an Ofsted-rated GOOD therapeutic children's home in Low Bentham.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a children's home, along with a full UK driving license. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in a safe, stable, and consistent living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care, education, and therapy teams to deliver a bespoke package of care to each young person.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that each young person's needs are met.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the care, education, and therapy teams to ensure a coordinated approach to each young person's care.
  • Support young people in managing their own behavior, using individual incentives and a restorative approach.

About West Stonegate House

West Stonegate House is a 3-bedded home for girls requiring medium to long-term placements. We follow an embedded, therapeutic model of care, with an onsite psychologist and school. Our care, education, and therapy teams work together to provide a bespoke package of care to each young person.
