Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at West Stonegate House, an Ofsted-rated GOOD therapeutic children's home. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stable, and consistent living environment for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care, education, and therapy teams to deliver a bespoke package of care to each resident.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that each resident's needs are met.
  • Participate in on-call duties, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a children's home or similar setting.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Desirable: QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent.
