Job Title: Senior Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Specialist to join our team at WP Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of our systems, including mobile device management and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for the process and systems that form MIS
  • Administration and configuration of systems
  • Mobile device management
  • Supporting users in both hardware and software training and troubleshooting
  • Developing and improving the use of systems and associated processes throughout the business
  • Preparation of reports
  • Liaison with Group ICT department and management of equipment inventory

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience in a similar role including delivery of projects and managing continuous improvements
  • Must be qualified to Level 5 (HND/Foundation Degree)
  • Must have excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including Sharepoint, PowerApps, and Power BI

Salary: £16.83-£19.23 per hour
