Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Automated Production

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Leicestershire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing breakdown and preventative maintenance on automated production lines and site facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide breakdown and preventative maintenance on automated production lines and site facilities
Carry out fault finding activities on large automated machinery incorporating PLC, HMI, material handling, conveyors, packaging machines, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics
TPM/ PPM in high volume automated production facilities
Adhere to strict working practices and safety practices
Continuous improvements process to production equipment and machines
Support future capital equipment investment planning, installation and commissioning

Requirements:
Time served/ apprentice trained with Electrical or Mechatronics qualification and training – C&G / BTEC / NVQ / 18th Edition
Knowledge of automation machinery incorporating material handling, conveyors, packaging equipment
Experience of 3 phase electrical, PLC/HMI fault finding, motors, pneumatics/ hydraulics
Familiar with planned maintenance & TPM routines
