We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing our CAFM system, allocating work to relevant teams, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CAFM system and allocate work to relevant teams
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team
  • Monitor mailboxes, CAFM, and booking systems to support a 24/7 business operation
  • Support facilities teams with administrative tasks
  • Manage a fleet of pool vehicles
  • Book and manage electric charging
  • Deal with third-party contractors and suppliers
Requirements
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with strong customer service skills
  • Great team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
  • Well-organized and skilled in effective time management
  • Experience with Helpdesk and CAFM systems is desirable
