Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement building surveying strategies to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying services, including contract administration, project delivery, and defect analysis.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering building surveying services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
