Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their Plymouth office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement building surveying services, including contract administration and project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying matters, including defect analysis and rectifications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in building surveying.
  • Contribute to the development of the Building Surveying team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in building surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of building surveying services, including contract administration and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to travel as required and hold a full driving licence.
