Digital Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our company's website platform to deliver a world-class online customer experience and accelerate digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Digital team to define and deliver projects that support the digital strategy and vision to grow digital sales.
- Drive the development and delivery of key business projects to improve the ecommerce website proposition, including a potential eCommerce replatform, new mobile capability, and mobile apps.
- Develop new digital products and services to deliver our digital strategy, such as subscription services and bulk ordering.
- Manage the development budget for the website for improvements in conjunction with the digital team.
- Project Manage the replatforming of the website to a new ecommerce platform.
- Manage the improvements and strategy around subscription selling and pre-order capabilities.
- Undertake regular benchmarks of the company's proposition against key competitors and define the key capability gaps to organize the next projects to become World Class.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practice.
- Great knowledge of mobile best practices.
- Product management qualifications would be an advantage.
- Good technical understanding of eCommerce platforms and associated technologies.
- Strong end-to-end product management skills.
- Strong drive for results - ability to get things done independently with minimum direction.
- Experience working for a multi-category general merchandise retailer is preferred.
- Several years' experience in a similar product management role with a retailer.
- Experience working on a major eCommerce replatform project.
