Job Summary

The Digital Preservation Coalition is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imaging and Digital Products Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the operational management of our imaging studio and the management of a team of imaging professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and lead a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Imaging Operations:
    • Ensure the production of high-quality images meeting the organization's targets.
    • Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and calibration of imaging equipment.
    • Implement and maintain best practices in imaging operations.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate work streams within the imaging team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with other teams to provide management information, imaging support, and error resolution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in imaging and digital products management, with experience in team leadership and project management. They will be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
