About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health & Social Care Apprentice. This rewarding role will involve working in a busy, supportive environment and will allow you to gain Social Care, Customer Service, and IT skills whilst building confidence and experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Older People Day Care Services and Learning Disability Day Opportunities. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing situations and priorities.

As a Health & Social Care Apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
