About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

You will develop tailored care plans, provide medicine safely, and deliver excellence across everything you do. With the freedom to make critical clinical decisions, you will be truly valued and respected for your expertise.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing, with a strong focus on delivering compassionate care.

Salary and Benefits:

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
