- Test, build, and configure hardware across the organization.
- Provide assistance to 250 computer system users.
- Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements.
- Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of Service Desk experience
- Experience with O365 and Windows servers
- Experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP)
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mobile Device Management (desired)
- ITIL experience (desired)
- Must hold a valid UK driving license
