Purchase Ledger Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team at Nisbets. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Purchase Ledger function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve invoice queries efficiently, utilizing your investigative skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations and the close of the Purchase Ledger.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement procedural improvements.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the ledger and accounts function.
