About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, resolving invoice queries, and assisting with monthly reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier accounts and resolve queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations and the close of the Purchase Ledger
  • Work closely with other departments to improve procedural efficiency
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the ledger and accounts function
