About the Role
Currie & Brown is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Norwich office. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the education and housing sectors, both in the private and public sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for projects
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
- Ability to travel to project sites
Training and Progression
Currie & Brown offers a comprehensive training program for Graduate Quantity Surveyors, including mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
