Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a seasoned quantity surveyor looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality projects and working with a talented team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in East Anglia.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in shaping the financial success of our development projects across the region. Based in Norwich, you will be responsible for managing the financial cost control and reporting for one or more developments, from award to completion. You will oversee client and sub-contract final accounts, ensuring the recovery and discharge of all retentions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment, applying your expertise in a dynamic Quantity Surveying department on both new build and refurbishment schemes. You will have the opportunity to liaise confidently with clients and subcontractors, and work within a team that values collaboration and open communication.
