Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Norfolk. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working alongside a Senior Surveyor on projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, or Science sectors.

Your key responsibilities will include contract administration, management of subcontractors, the employers agent role, cost management, and final accounts. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from concept to completion and develop your skills in a dynamic and progressive company.

Key Requirements:
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or MSc Quantity Surveying qualification
  • Ambition to become an MRICS Surveyor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Graduate Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Cost Manager, or Intermediate Cost Manager
