Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Norfolk. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing daily commercial management functions, including measurement and valuations, applications for payment, and reconciling accounts.

About the Role:
  • Manage commercial management functions, including measurement and valuations, applications for payment, and reconciling accounts.
  • Work on a project c£18m in value initially as part of a team, then moving on to run your own c£5-£7m project.
  • Take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to; measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub-contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years+ experience as a QS working for a Main Contractor or large developer/house builder.
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or Comparable qualification.
  • Previous experience as Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Project QS, Trainee Quantity Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor.
