About the Role

Currie & Brown is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Norwich office. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the education and housing sectors, both in the private and public sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for projects
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress
  • Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Training and Progression

Currie & Brown offers a comprehensive training program for Graduate Quantity Surveyors, including mentorship, coaching, and regular assessments. Our APC program is designed to help you become a chartered surveyor in a minimum of two years.
