Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our client's long-standing sales team in St. Austell. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers to develop continued business opportunities and growth through meaningful sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to develop business opportunities and growth
- Maintain a portfolio of clients to ensure efficient KPIs are achieved
- Follow up on leads generated by new business and sales support teams
- Communicate with clients face-to-face, via telephone, and MS Teams
- Monitor and analyse client portfolio spending habits
- Ensure excellent value for money to clients by recommending products and services
- Develop sales pipelines using the company's CRM system
- Participate in regular team meetings and liaison with senior management team
