Business Development Manager

Well Placed HR is proud to present a unique business development opportunity for two highly motivated and experienced professionals to join a successful Cornish retail business.
The company is seeking individuals who can engage with new and existing customers to develop continued business opportunities and growth through meaningful sales. The successful candidates will work from the company's modern headquarters in St. Austell and will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients to ensure efficient KPIs are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience gained in a sales/business development capacity and will be able to develop sales pipelines using the company's CRM system. Excellent communication and colleague support skills are essential, as well as a sound aptitude to pick up new digital sales CRMs.
The company promotes a team working environment where financial incentives are offered on a group achievement basis. The successful candidates will be expected to work closely with the senior management team and will be responsible for ongoing communication with clients both face-to-face, and via telephone/MS Teams.
