About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chef to join our team at Westgate Healthcare. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold meals according to residents' needs and preferences
- Assist with planning seasonal menus
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policy and regulations
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Report accidents and incidents to the Person-in-Charge
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role and setting, a Certificate Level II in Food Safety and Hygiene, and knowledge of nutritional needs of older people.
