Academic Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team in maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing support to various departments, and ensuring a professional environment through excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase order requests.
- Prepare reports with information gathered from internal and external stakeholders.
- Receiving and plotting of layout drawings.
- Distribute information via email effectively.
- Receiving and storage of project documentation sent via project team.
- Printing, organizing, and filing documentation.
- Assist with the production of site induction paperwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
