Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team in maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing support to various departments, and ensuring a professional environment through excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase order requests.
  • Prepare reports with information gathered from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Receiving and plotting of layout drawings.
  • Distribute information via email effectively.
  • Receiving and storage of project documentation sent via project team.
  • Printing, organizing, and filing documentation.
  • Assist with the production of site induction paperwork.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
