About the Role

This challenging position requires resilience and a strong work ethic. As a Trainee Wealth Manager, you will learn to generate activity and create leads within financial planning areas. You must be prepared for a phone-based role, making at least 100 calls daily and securing one booking per day as a minimum standard.

Throughout this role, you will be exposed to various wealth management facets, including investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, and technical advice. Performance-based monthly incentives are available for those who consistently deliver results.

The training program begins as a trainee position with a 24-36 month structured training program, including obtaining UK financial qualifications to prepare you for a financial advisory role in one of our global offices. Additional qualifications may be required depending on your chosen region. The program starts with six months of structured training in our UK office, followed by relocation to our Dubai office, where you will receive further mentorship and hands-on experience.
