Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will provide a range of non-medical services to support our clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, companionship, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Assist clients with medication management, appointment scheduling, and other tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- No prior experience or specific qualifications are required, but a passion for supporting others and a commitment to delivering excellent care are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our clients.
