You do not require prior experience or specific qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, having experience in a care setting or interacting with older adults can be beneficial. You should possess a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering exceptional service, and be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. Building professional relationships and enjoying the company of others are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality care and support
