Programme Leader for ELPO English

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to lead our English Language Preparation Online (ELPO) Programme as Curriculum Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the ELPO Programme, working closely with senior colleagues and programme staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of curriculum innovation to enhance student outcomes
- Collaborate with programme staff to ensure effective teaching and learning practices
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and reports on programme performance
- Participate in regular meetings with programme staff and represent the Digital English or Programme team at appropriate events and meetings internally and externally
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline; a Master's or higher degree is desirable
- A recognised Teaching Qualification (desirable)
- Teaching experience within Secondary, further or higher education
- Experience of providing feedback to another person about their performance, which achieved a positive improvement
- Experience of data management and interpretation, and quality assurance
- Experience of working online including delivering online lessons with different digital learning tools and platforms
