About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Urgent and Emergency Care Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior clinician support and second opinions to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Audit and research to identify areas for quality improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Advanced Clinical Practice, who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or a related field, and will be registered with the NMC or HCPC. They will also have a portfolio of practice evidence and a range of clinical skills, including advanced life support and ultrasound guidance.

Desirable qualifications include a leadership qualification, teaching and assessment skills, and experience with using Word and Excel. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
