About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Urgent and Emergency Care Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior clinician support and second opinions to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for both self and team members.
  • Audit and research to identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to financial planning and decision-making, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a strong clinical background and experience in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Paramedic or Physiotherapist.
  • Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
  • Safeguarding Adults and Children qualifications.
  • Advanced Life Support and other relevant certifications.
  • Current Portfolio/ePortfolio of practice evidence.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Leadership and teaching qualifications.
  • Ultrasound Level 1 qualification.
  • Experience with using Word and Excel.
