About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our Specialty Doctors, therapy staff, and volunteers to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans using evidence-based guidelines. You will also provide medicines management, including administering regular medications and setting up syringe drivers and IV medication.
