About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care for patients. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including medicines management, symptom control, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients, using evidence-based guidelines
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring high standards of care delivery
  • Provide medicines management, including administering regular medications and setting up syringe drivers and IV medication
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate records, in line with policies and procedures
