Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Brentford. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
- Involved in all aspects of store operations, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience.
- Flexibility to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
