Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Brentford. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  4. Manage stock control, store standards, and operational efficiency to maximize sales and profitability.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. Experience in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience.
  2. Flexibility to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
  3. Passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  4. Ability to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all key aspects of the role.
