Support Worker Specialist

At Vetro Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Support Worker Specialist to take on a challenging Deputy Manager role within our children's residential services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career path in health & social care as a Deputy Care Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Deputy Manager or a Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
As a Support Worker Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the management team to run a successful staff team and all day-to-day operations of the home. You will also assist with the supervision of junior staff, inductions of new staff into the home procedure and culture, and ensuring the highest standards of care for young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus sleep allowance.
