Job Title: Contract Supervisor

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Supervisor to join our team at Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our contracts and ensure seamless delivery of our services. As a Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating day-to-day operations, estimating project costs, and ensuring effective communication with customers, contractors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Estimate project costs and develop budgets
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and partners to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in contract management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Project
  • Financial and commercial acumen
