About the Role:
- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our services remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in private practice or housebuilding, with a strong understanding of Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work.
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a passion for career and business development.
- Ability to work within a team and lead Quantity Surveyors, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
