Manufacturing Engineer in Aerospace Industry

We are recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Tech Connect Group. This role involves optimising manufacturing processes and supporting efficient production within a dynamic aerospace environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing high-quality manufacturing processes to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement tooling and fixtures that support production needs.
- Providing ongoing support for daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and maintain quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Welding, fabrication, or metal forming experience is advantageous.
- Background in aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
This is a full-time role with a salary of £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, life insurance, health insurance, company uniform, and on-site parking.
