Salesforce Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at PPL PRS. As a key member of our applications and development team, you will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers & Quality Analysts to design and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and design functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop complex Salesforce solutions using Flow or APEX where appropriate.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com.
  • Support with change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes.
  • Support Admins with complex issues that come into 1st line support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
  • Hands-on experience using APEX, Visualforce, LWC
  • Strong experience with integrations, API or middleware based
  • Salesforce Certified – Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
