Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Leader to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Early Years programme, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our 4- and 5-year-old campers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality Early Years programme, meeting all EYFS requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sports, arts & crafts, and games activities for our Early Years campers.
  • Direct and support a small team of Early Years staff.
  • Ensure Ofsted requirements are met, and liaise with inspectors as needed.
  • Be the main point of contact for parents and guardians of our Early Years campers.
  • Manage administrative duties, such as sign-in/out and registration.
  • Liaise with the Camp Manager to promote the welfare of our campers.
  • Supervise and engage with campers outside of activity times.
  • Ensure high-quality childcare is provided, meeting the needs of individual children.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education.
  • Significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Excellent communicator, with great face-to-face customer service skills.
  • A pro-active and conscientious team player.
