Bright Horizons' Early Years Graduate Programme is a two-year work-based learning experience designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a future leader in early years education.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a nursery team, providing care and support to babies and children up to the age of 5.
- Create engaging play and learning opportunities that promote children's development.
- Contribute to the development of nursery policies and procedures.
- Participate in rotational placements and development interventions to fast-track your progression into leadership roles.
- Collaborate with the graduate cohort to deliver projects that enhance your learning and development.

What We're Looking For
- A BA Hons degree in Early Years or Childhood Studies, or a related field.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2.
- A genuine interest in working with children and a passion for helping them learn and develop.
- Commitment to completing the two-year graduate programme.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
