Programme Overview

Bright Horizons' Early Years Graduate Programme is a two-year work-based learning experience designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a future leader in early years education.

What You'll Do

  • Work as part of a nursery team, providing care and support to babies and children up to the age of 5.
  • Create engaging play and learning opportunities that promote children's development.
  • Contribute to the development of nursery policies and procedures.
  • Participate in rotational placements and development interventions to fast-track your progression into leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with the graduate cohort to deliver projects that enhance your learning and development.

What We're Looking For

  • A BA Hons degree in Early Years or Childhood Studies, or a related field.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2.

  • Commitment to completing the two-year graduate programme.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
