**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our Artificial Intelligence Collaboration Centre (AICC) team at Ulster University. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality events that support the objectives of AICC in advancing the understanding and adoption of AI technologies.

About the Role:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide portfolio of internal/external events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, share insights, and explore the potential of AI in various sectors.
  • Ensure that all events are delivered to the highest professional standard and align with the objectives of AICC.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the work of AICC.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,414 per annum, plus benefits package, including access to a pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
