Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmarking and Comparison:
  • Benchmark competitors' products and sales support software to inform product development and improvement.

Product Development and Support:

  • Support European product development with MHI's design centre and sales team to ensure successful product launches.
  • Review and improve technical and service manuals for the European market to enhance customer experience.

Sales Support and Training:

  • Promote MHI's new air conditioning products through targeted training programs highlighting advanced features and technical benefits.
  • Develop and update sales support software to meet evolving customer needs and industry standards.

Certification and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with national subsidies, certification programs, regulations, and standards by surveying requirements and attending relevant tests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Software development skills are desired but not essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in air conditioning for commercial applications is necessary.
  • Familiarity with VRF and PAC systems, controllers, and building management systems is essential.
  • Experience in sales support tools for air conditioners is also desirable.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Other European language(s) such as Dutch, Spanish, or French are desired but not essential.

    Working Hours and Location:

    The ideal candidate will be based in a location TBD and will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break).

    Salary:

    The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
