Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide employee relations support to managers across the business
  • Offer consistent and supportive advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in planning and prioritizing a busy and varied workload
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential
  • CIPD level 5 would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Pro-active and self-starter with minimal supervision required
