Job Title: HR Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to provide employee relations support to managers across our business. As an HR Advisor, you will provide consistent and supportive advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring that our employees receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide employee relations support to managers across our business
  • Offer consistent and supportive advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee engagement activities, including mental health and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
