Job Title: Casual Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Jack Wills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
  • Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' needs and preferences, and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.
