Fenwick is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to lead our customer engagement efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster enduring relationships with our customers and audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies that leverage customer data to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to personalise and optimise customer experiences across various touchpoints.
- Manage the strategy for display advertising campaigns with a focus on customer segmentation and targeted messaging.
- Develop strategy and plan for targeted email campaigns informed by customer data to nurture relationships, communicate promotions, and deliver personalised content.
- Oversee the seamless integration of customer data into organisational processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retention and engagement initiatives.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in retention marketing or CRM, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated expertise in utilising various channels.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with marketing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Ability to think strategically, align marketing efforts with business goals, and adapt strategies based on evolving market trends.
