Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pharmacy strategy and ensure accountability for legal and ethical decisions
  • Build and manage store teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct risk assessments and deliver professional services

Requirements:

  • Registration with a relevant pharmacy regulator
  • Highly respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals
  • Passion for community pharmacy and commitment to delivering excellent care
  • Collaborative and team-centered approach
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
  • Great communication skills and ability to meet varied customer and patient needs

  • A competitive salary range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
