Product and Trading Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Trading Manager to join our team at BestEx Research Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our European Equity algorithmic product.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sophisticated trading algorithms to optimize execution and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pitch the product to European clients and provide product specialist support.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to inform product development and improvement.
- Work closely with trading venues, vendors, and liquidity partners to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with market structure changes and liquidity landscape to recommend solutions that benefit our product suite.
- Expert-level understanding of European equity market structure.
- Experience with algorithmic trading and execution algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data analysis languages such as R or Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical ideas to clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a quantitative field.
