Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the North Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with residential groundworks experience. They will have exposure to the full project life cycle, from initial enquiry through to project delivery.

The role involves working alongside our production team, based between our Stafford and Warrington offices, covering the North region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing their skills and expertise in quantity surveying.

We offer a competitive salary of £32-60,000, car or allowance, discretionary bonus, and 25 days holiday. Our company values a strong core that has been maintained since our origin in 1995, and we strive to provide a high standards and rewards environment.
