">Your Role:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and team management. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and grow revenue.

About You: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead by example and inspire the team to achieve excellence. You will have a proven track record in a managerial role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

The Opportunity:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have access to industry-leading training and development opportunities, as well as a chance to work with a talented team of professionals.
